• Every text color measured against its background. The lowest contrast on the site is 5.9 to 1.
• Every figure is real text with its label, year and source written out, never an image of a chart.
• Each help link names the office it goes to.

Not tested yet

Nobody who uses a screen reader every day has tested the site yet.
