The Record reports figures as each agency published them, with the year. Agencies revise data. The linked table has the final word.
Opinion
Commentary is the signed author's view, labeled as opinion.

Agency and organization names belong to their owners. Linking to one doesn't mean it's connected to us or endorses what we say.
Sharing our stuff
Share and link to anything. Quote us with credit. Don't republish whole pages as your own.
